Hi, guys! I am so happy to all be back together here.
We had a very fun and relaxing week in Walt Disney World. Their meticulous attention to detail makes it so easy for you to pretend that you're really where they are pretending you are. :)
I'm always especially fond of the architecture in Norway.

And I love hanging out in Paris at night.

But my favorite this time was the African savanna right off our room's balcony. I spent a lot of time out there just watching. I had a cold and kept waking myself up snoring one night, so finally I got up at about 3:30 and peeked outside, and two of the giraffes were standing asleep under a tree. A big pool of moonlight illuminated them, and they had their heads bowed on each other's backs. It was so lovely.
I really miss my giraffes, nyala, ostriches, zebra, and Watusi cattle. I got attached. :)
The giraffes walk so beautifully and so very gracefully. It gave me goosebumps just watching them glide across the ground.
